Byretto is a UK luxury lifestyle store offering a handpicked edit of furniture, home accessories, bath & body, clothing and travel pieces from independent brands chosen for quality and timeless appeal.
Byretto stocks a curated selection of independent luxury brands including Verden, Austin Austin, Attica Studios, Fieldbar, Arkitaip, Bertola Home Studio, Alexandra Browne and Ooty Designs, alongside the Byretto own label.
Byretto is for women who want a considered, cohesive home and wardrobe without the effort of finding it themselves. Every piece is handpicked for quality, craftsmanship and lasting appeal.
The Inner Edit is Byretto's private mailing list. Subscribers receive early access to new arrivals, exclusive offers and seasonal edits direct to their inbox.
Byretto is a UK-based online store, shipping to the UK and select international destinations.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes vary depending on the item ordered.
Bespoke, made-to-order, or oversized items may require extended lead times. Where applicable, estimated delivery timeframes will be confirmed following order processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.
We offer complimentary standard UK shipping on orders over £250, excluding furniture and oversized items. Furniture and oversized items are subject to separate delivery charges, which will be clearly displayed before checkout.

International shipping is available to select destinations. Shipping costs and availability vary depending on location and item type and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Byretto works with a curated selection of independent brands and makers. If your order includes items from different partners, these may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
This allows each item to be delivered safely and directly from the maker.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition with all original labels and tags attached.
Some items are not eligible for return. Please see the “Non-Returnable Items” section below.

Yes. The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Bespoke or made-to-order items
- Customised or printed-to-order products
- Special order or non-standard items
- Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page
You can request a return by signing into your Byretto account or by contacting us at info@byretto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for arranging return delivery and we recommend using a tracked or recorded service. Byretto cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address. Returns may be sent directly back to the maker or fulfilment partner.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Furniture and oversized items may require specialist return arrangements and cannot be returned without prior approval.
Where applicable, return shipping costs and any restocking fees will be communicated before a return is approved.
FAULTY or INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.
We will work quickly with the maker to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. In these cases, return shipping costs will not be charged to you.
PROMOTIONS
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically to your order total. Only one code can be used per order.
Yes. When you join The Inner Edit, our private mailing list, you will receive an exclusive welcome code by email. Full terms are included with your code.
ACCOUNTS & ORDERS
No. You can check out as a guest.
However, creating or accessing an account allows you to view your orders and request returns more easily.
Byretto uses secure, password-free customer accounts. You can sign in using your email address and a one-time verification code sent to your inbox.
