1.2 Business Days: Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding UK public holidays). Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

1.3 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

1.4 Please note that certain items, including bespoke, made-to-order, or oversized pieces, may require additional handling or preparation time prior to dispatch.

2. UK Delivery

2.1 Standard UK Shipping
We offer standard UK shipping at a flat rate of £6.95 on most non-furniture items.

2.2 Complimentary Shipping
Complimentary standard UK shipping is available on orders over £250, excluding furniture and oversized items.

2.3 Furniture & Oversized Items
Furniture and oversized items require specialist delivery services and are excluded from complimentary shipping. Delivery charges for these items are displayed at checkout and vary depending on size, weight, and delivery method.

3. Delivery Timeframes

3.1 Standard UK delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the item and destination. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout or confirmed following order processing.

3.2 Bespoke, made-to-order, or oversized items
These items may require extended lead times. Where applicable, delivery will be arranged separately following order confirmation.

4. International Delivery

4.1 We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

4.2 International shipping rates vary by destination and item type and are displayed at checkout.

4.3 Complimentary shipping does not apply to international orders, furniture, or oversized items unless otherwise stated.

5. Split Deliveries

5.1 Orders containing multiple items or items from different brands may be delivered in separate shipments.

5.2 Shipping charges are applied per order in accordance with the delivery rules outlined above.

6. Tracking

6.1 Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

7.1 If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence, so we can assist promptly.

7.2 If tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

8.1 For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply once the shipment reaches its destination.

8.2 These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs displayed at checkout.
