Refund policy
We hope you are delighted with your Byretto purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Returns Eligibility
1.1 You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
1.2 Returned items must be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- In their original packaging
- Returned in a saleable condition with all original labels and tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Return Process
2.1 To request a return, please submit a return request via your Byretto account or contact us at info@byretto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.2 Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2.3 Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
3.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged and sent using a tracked service. Byretto cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
4.1 The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bespoke or made-to-order items
- Printed-to-order or customised products
- Special order or non-standard items
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Please ensure you check the product descriptions before your purchase.
5. Furniture & Large Items
5.1 Furniture and large items may require specialist return arrangements and cannot be returned without prior approval.
5.2 Where applicable, return shipping costs and any restocking fees will be confirmed to the customer prior to approval of the return.
6. Refunds
6.1 Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
6.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
7.1 If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence, so we can assist promptly.
