If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) you wish to return must be returned in perfect condition; new; unused; in its original packaging, as it was received by you and in a saleable condition with all outer packaging, labels and tags attached. 

If you're in the UK, we offer free returns on hundreds of our products; you can check which items are eligible on the Delivery & Returns tab on each product page. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) you wish to return.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

• Made to order
• Printed to order
• Non-standard
• Customised products
• Special order products
• Products marked as non-returnable within the product listing page
• Earrings
• Perishable goods
